Bear Archery Adapt+ RTH The Hunting Public Compound Bow
In partnership with The Hunting Public, we are proud to announce the new Bear Adapt +. Based on its field tested and proven predecessor, the Adapt + includes refinements and added features to the exact specifications of THP. The Adapt + features a new cable roller slide, comes equipped with top-of-the-line accessories from Trophy Ridge®️, and is dressed in Mossy Oak®️ Bottomlands Camo; making you more lethal in the field than ever. Boasting an ultra-smooth single cam design, this bow produces speeds up to 320 fps while capable of draw lengths from 24”-31” in half inch increments. This bow will fit almost anyone looking to upgrade their bow or start on their own journey. The versatile 32” axle to axle and 6.75” brace height is maneuverable through any situation. The signature THP RTH Kit includes: Hotwire sight, 5-spot quiver, Whisker Biscuit V, Hitman Stabilizer and wrist sling with quick disconnect system, peep sight and D loop.
What Dalton Found New for 2024:
New Roller Slide with Served Cable -The new roller slide with served cables eliminates one of the biggest issues the previous Bear bows had with wear from the cable slide plus it makes an easier draw cycle compared to a cable slide.
Accessory Package
The Hotwire sight and Hitman stabilizer are a $240 value if you added them to a regular Adapt so Bear being able to have this package priced at $629.99 is pretty hard to beat for that alone.
Bear Paw Grip
Continuing to have that from the factory on it is a 10/10.
Who Is This Bow For?
"If you are comparing this bow and the Species EV and plan to hunt with a fixed blade broadhead, go with the Adapt+. If you are looking for something with a little longer riser than others in its class or want a easy drawing single cam, this bow really will fit the bill. While it does sacrifice some speed by being a single cam bow, it does slot in at a really good place in the big picture of bows."

Dalton's Suggested Upgrades:
Peep Sight
-"The stock plastic peep has the rubber tube to help keep the peep straight but the tube ends up coming loose or snapping. The stock peep is also one size too small for the Hotwire's large scope ring. I recommend our standard aluminum 1/4 peep upgrade. I also recommend to go to an aluminum peep for over 65lbs"
Drop Away Arrow Rest
-"If you are planning to shoot a fixed blade head in particular, a drop away really wakes these bows up. Being able to make adjustments to the rest height as well as a drop away helping tame some of the effects of nock travel really helps tuning. A little more forgiveness to a torqued shot or another small form mistake is a nice side benefit too."
Stage 3 Broadhead Tune
-"Paper tuning isn't where tuning stops if you are planning to hit the woods with broadheads. Our Stage 3 tune includes a much deeper dive into tuning to get your broadhead and field point shooting as close to the same as possible which improves your arrow flight, your groups, makes your practice sessions with field points much more effective as well as most importantly stacking the odds in your favor for confidence in the field. The main two things after our Stage 3 tune that can totally change your point of impact with broadheads are to minimize torquing the grip of the bow and by not adding facial pressure to the string at anchor"
What Stage 3 Broadhead Tune Includes:
We do require you to order arrows with your bow package to be able to perform our Stage 3 broadhead tune and achieve the results we expect from tuning.
All From Stage 2 Tune
Full Broadhead Tuning Process for the broadhead you will hunt with to ensure the very best arrow flight possible. We expect after tuning for your broadhead to shoot within an inch or less of your field point at 20yds.
On all Stage 3 setups, we typically spend 2 to 3 hours minimum on your fit, setup and tune to ensure your bow performs to the highest level possible.
