Return Policy

Returns & Exchanges

Returns & Exchanges will only be accepted for merchandise found defective or damaged in transit as well as receipt of an incorrect item within 5 business days following receipt. Better Outdoors Archery will provide YOUR CHOICE of a replacement item (pending availability) or refund (minus any shipping charges) on all products found defective upon receipt. Better Outdoors Archery will not claim any responsibility for items damaged in shipping. For items damaged in shipping, Users need to file a claim with the carrier. Buyer will be responsible for purchasing return shipping for current item and paying for shipping of new item. The refund amount will only cover the cost of the item without shipping.

 To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

All Sales are Final

Only items that are defective or damaged from shipping are eligible for refunds. Other queries will be directed to the manufacturer of item that may have a factory defect or are not satisfied with performance of a product. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.

BEAR ARCHERY WARRANTY STATEMENT

All Bear Archery compound bows are backed with a Limited Lifetime Warranty to the original owner against manufacturer defects.

This warranty applies to limbs, risers, and cams. This warranty consists of the following programs: Limbs: 100% covered at no charge for the first 5 years, 50% of replacement cost after. •Risers: Lifetime Warranty. •Cams: Lifetime Warranty.

Original Owner Warranty applies only to the original owner and is not transferable. Proof of purchase may be required. Items Not Covered Cables, strings, bearings, string suppressors, shockwave limb dampeners, paint and/or film dipped finishes resulting from normal wear and tear are not included in this warranty.

Damage Not Covered

Damage caused by abuse, mishandling, dry firing, alteration or modification made to original products are not covered under this warranty. The use of any bow press other than those approved by Bear Archery will void this warranty. Additionally, shooting of arrows less than 5 grains per pound of peak draw weight will void this warranty. Bear Archery reserves the right to make parts substitutions on warranty coverage at Bear Archery’s sole discretion, for any reason.

Bow Warranty Registration For this warranty to be in effect, the on-line warranty registration process must be completed at BearArchery.com and submitted within 30 days of purchase. Keep a copy of your receipt to show you are the original owner. Traditional Bows 1 year Limited Warranty to the original owner. Youth Bows 90 Day Limited Warranty to the original owner.

In the event a bow requires warranty service, please contact the Bear Archery Customer Department at 800-694-9494 for a return authorization (RA) number and return shipping instructions.

Warranty or Damage Claims

In the event a warranty claim needs submitted through Better Outdoors from a customer to any manufactuer that we stock, the customer will be responsible for:

  • Cost of parts or shipping of parts if manufactuer charges for them
  • Cost of shipping product to us and shipping product from us back to customer
  • Cost of labor to install or repair damaged products either by Better Outdoors or by manufactuer

Customer can contact manufactuer directly for Warranty or Damage claims from use. Refer to each companies website for warranty information.

Warranty decisions are not made by Better Outdoors, we send the customer information in on what is broken, damaged or failed through use to manufactuer and then the manufactuer will make the final decision on if parts will be warrantied as well as what parts to repair an item cost.
